Questions agents ask
Can my client attend?
Attendance and the walkthrough are agreed before the inspection. Some areas may be inaccessible or unsafe for clients.
How quickly is the report delivered?
The delivery deadline is agreed in writing before booking. Mold laboratory results follow the laboratory’s confirmed turnaround. No same-day guarantee is assumed.
Does the home inspection include mold or radon?
No. Environmental sampling is separately scoped. Specialty services require a separately qualified provider.
Can you review repairs?
A separately scoped reinspection can revisit specified accessible items. It does not certify concealed workmanship or replace the original full inspection.
Do you pay referral fees?
No referral fee or transaction-contingent inspection conclusion is part of this program.
